Waking up at 6.15. In silence, with only the beautiful nature sounds we walk to the yoga room and start the day with chanting or pranayamas (breathing techniques) its not my hobby to chant in the early morning because i dont have any voice, but everytime that we chant I feel more harmony between the group. We almost sound like a real chorus when we chant our "om's" and it's just so peaceful that I get Sometimes gusbumbs from it... After this we have 2 hours yoga. I really enjoy this hours and see myself slowly progressing. At 9 a clock we have breakfast and I really enjoy it! After 2 hours of work out it's a real pleasure to feed the body with nice food. In this way the breakfast change from a habbit into a lovely thing to look forward to
